Momma's got a Minivan

OK, so I did what I swore I'd never, ever do...

buy a minivan.

GUILTY!!!

At least I made sure it was Navy Blue, my favorite color.

Isabella doesn't like the fact that I can't reach back and soothe her when she is upset.
(In fact it makes her even more upset.)

Joshua thinks it smells bad inside... :-S (leather)

Dwight LOVES the comfort, the cool stuff that came with it, the handling...

I just can't believe I am a member of the minivan club...

I'll make it work... I can still look cool...

Somehow!?!

How did she manage this one???

Well, we all know Isabella just can't stay still for a second.
But never have I seen a kid able to rip a pull up like this...I had just changed her minutes before.
It may have been a result of her newest favorite thing to do, jumping off any furniture and landing on a pillow.
(Yeah, I have two letters for you, ER!)
Dwight thought it was hilarious!

SO MUCH WORK!!!

Here are the rest of the pictures of 1323 Albany Rd.
Our Home for the past 7 years.
Oh, how time flies...

I updated this one since on the last it had the chandelier ceiling cover dangling

Cozy dining room, and our $20 table I found on Craigslist :P

Deck entry from side of the house, workshop below.

Up the steps and Voila!

I got rid of all the deck furniture except for the swing, and borrowed some chairs from Denise.

Strategically taken picture of yard over deck. This is only part of the yard... We still have to take down the trampoline (Thanks Melissa! I've already found it a good home :)
It takes up a lot of room.

Again another strategically taken shot... We're still weeding what used to be the garden to the left of the house... Also, the trampoline was kept out of the picture to the right.

Workshop under the deck.
Doors closed... we're still working on that :)

Downstairs slider to the backyard.

Family room... We absolutely need a bigger TV

Different angle

And another...

And another!

Downstairs closet, 3rd Bedroom, and Laundry room...

I was thinking of posting the house on Craigslist... The more exposure the better, but i don't know which pics to add. The limit is 4.

It's Official Part II

Dwight got the Job!!
We are so thankful and excited. This is a wonderful opportunity for our family, but at the same time bitter-sweet.
We are going on vacation to the Outer Banks, and Dwight is not coming back to PA. What a great way to start a new job after a (hopefully) relaxing vacation.
Hopefully the house will sell quickly! Please keep us in your prayers.
BTW, we will be relocating to Chapel Hill, NC... if you haven't noticed :)

Some House Pics

Bedroom
I know the navy back wall makes the room look smaller than it already is, but I am so sick of painting that i decided not to bother with it unless everyone complains. Main entrance. Off course after I took the picture, I realized that Dwight had taken down the ceiling cover to paint that spot... UGHH
Kitchen.

Living room

Joshua's bedroom.
It still has the nursery look to it, but i really didn't care to change that... again, unless someone complains.

Still working on the outside and downstairs... I guess i better be done by this weekend.

Your Friendly Neighborhood Spidy-Josh

Joshua took a break from his everyday Star Wars dose and decided to become the Spidy hero for a day...

He saved his sister from the terrible binky robber aka Mommy
She was oh so thankful!

All in a day's work.

Wonder Bella

Isabella was walking around the house haunch-back so I asked her what was the matter... She answered "I'm Tuck silly goose."
Later, she was walking around strangely with her butt up in the air...
"So who are you now?" I asked,
"Ming-Ming!!"
Silly me.
Ming-Ming

Shaking her Booty...Again

Bella's favorite thing to do is dance... (talking comes as a very close second :)

This is her signature move.

Bella at the Ballet

My friend Sandy had gotten free tickets to see the Central PA Youth Ballet and thought it would be fun to take the girls.
The girls were thrilled. They thought the ballerinas were beautiful! They said the sweetest things like "Can I touch them?", "Can I go up there?, "Look tip toe tip toe!!
It went really well up until the second intermission... They started talking a little too loud, the wiggles started taking over, and it was too close to bed time.
The pictures are in reverse order, but you can see how the night ended. Posing with two of the ballerinas before we left...
In an effort to keep the girls quiet, the lady in front of us gave the girls flowers to present to the ballerinas at the end... There were no petals left by the time we did leave.

Bella and Katie... Double trouble.

Can you feel the excitement?!

Ouch :(

No, this is not a picture of my feet in desperate need of a pedicure. Sunday morning I woke up to my left foot hurting. Went to church in high heels, and by the time I got home my foot was hurting even more. Yesterday, I could barely stand it, so I went ahead and took a couple of motrins. This morning I was about to chop my foot off... It hurt sooooo bad. (I am such a wimp)
I went to the doctor's and he told me that he is almost 100% sure I fractured my foot. (It didn't show on the x-ray) :-S
The swelling in this picture is not as bad as it was this morning. I had just iced it. But really this could not have come at a better time. My agent is coming by today so we can sign papers and get this house on the market. Right now the only room that looks even remotely ready is our bedroom. I actually got to put the furniture back in it. The dining room is currently housing all of the kids bedroom furniture & living room furniture. I just finished shampooing the carpet...
There is no way we're going to be able to finish all of this by this evening... OH, and did I mention that Dwight has been working overtime all this past month? Yesterday he worked two shifts, and didn't come home until after 1 this morning....
UGHhhhh... Can you say OVERWHELMED?!?!?!?!
